Lille has officially signed striker Abdoulay Diaby from Sedan. The 22-year-old player, of Malian origin, has signed a three-season contract with Lille. However, he won’t be joining Ligue 1 immediately, as he has been loaned to Royal Mouscron-Pérulwez, Lille’s subsidiary club in Belgium. This move allows Diaby to continue his development in the Jupiler Pro League before eventually joining Lille’s professional squad.
