Raja Club Athletic terminates contract of Bolivian forward Victor Abrego

Raja Club Athletic have officially announced the termination of the contract of Bolivian forward Victor Abrego by mutual consent, bringing an end to his brief spell with the Casablanca-based club.

The decision was confirmed through an official statement released by the Green Team.

Abreco joined Raja during the winter transfer window in December 2023 as part of efforts to reinforce the club’s attacking options. However, the circumstances surrounding his stay meant the partnership did not progress as expected, leading both parties to agree on an amicable separation.

In its statement, Raja Club Athletic expressed appreciation to the player for his efforts and commitment during his time at the club, while wishing him success in the next chapter of his football career.

Following this development, Victor Abregoo becomes the second player to depart Raja Casablanca through a mutual contract termination, after Younes Najari, who opted to return to Olympique Safi in a bid to rediscover his form and return to his usual level.
