According to the Turin daily Tuttosport, there is a new avenue opening up for the young AC Milan striker M’Baye Niang (18 years old). The leaders of Sampdoria Genoa are reportedly interested in having the French Under-21 international, of Senegalese origin, join their squad on loan. Niang, who arrived at AC Milan last summer from Stade Malherbe de Caen, could potentially be part of a transaction between AC Milan and Fiorentina.
In his first season at San Siro, M’Baye Niang played 20 Serie A matches (9 starts) and 2 in the Champions League. The potential move to Sampdoria could offer Niang more playing time and experience as he continues to develop in Italian football.
