Moroccan midfielder Azzedine Ounahi has reiterated his ambition to lift the Africa Cup of Nations trophy on home soil.
The Atlas Lions will take on Senegal tonight at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium, with kick-off set for 19:00 GMT.
Speaking ahead of the final, Ounahi told Al-Botola that every member of the squad is prepared to give everything for the cause.
“Every player in the team, whether experienced or young and ambitious to prove themselves, is ready to give his best.”
He added that the entire team shares a single objective: “We are all focused on one dream, which is to retain the title in Morocco and make our fans happy.”
Ounahi also praised coach Walid Regragui for fostering unity within the squad.
“Walid Regragui made us feel like one family, everyone supports each other on and off the field, and this is what makes the team cohesive and ready to face the challenge.”
Looking ahead to the showdown with Senegal, Ounahi insisted Morocco will approach the game with the right mindset.
“We will play against Senegal 11 players against 11 players, and our goal is to give our best to please the fans in the stands or at home.”
The final will be officiated by Congolese referee Jean-Jacques Ndala, who previously took charge of Morocco’s opening match against Comoros.
