Fabrice Muamba, retired from football at the age of 25 after surviving a cardiac arrest on the pitch in 2012, has recently welcomed his second child. This comes as the United Kingdom anticipates the birth of the “Royal Baby” from Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Muamba and his partner Shauna are now proud parents of two boys, with the newborn named Matthew Josiah. Reflecting on the new addition to their family, Muamba expressed the profound significance of this precious life, especially considering his own near-death experience. In an interview with the British magazine Hello!, Muamba shared his thoughts, saying, “I looked at it, this precious new life we created after I came so close to losing mine. And when I think of that moment, I tell myself that he wouldn’t have been there.”
The arrival of baby Matthew brings joy to the Muamba family, marking a significant and heartwarming chapter in their lives.
