Following the suspension of Cameroon by FIFA, reactions are emerging within the country’s football community. Antoine Essomba Eyenga, one of the vice-presidents of Fecafoot, has stated that they plan to challenge FIFA’s decision at the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Abdouraman Ahmadou, previously considered Iya Mohamed’s right-hand man, criticized CAF President Issa Hayatou, attributing the situation to him: “This is a crime whose engine is none other than the president of the African Football Confederation,” he declared.
