Anthony Modeste is strongly linked with a move from Ligue 1 to the Bundesliga, particularly to Hoffenheim. The Martinican striker, who is currently with Bordeaux, was reported to have visited Hoffenheim’s facilities, and the two clubs are said to be in advanced discussions. Although Modeste is under contract with Bordeaux until June 2014, it seems that he may be on his way out, with Hoffenheim being a potential destination. Modeste was loaned to Bastia last season and appears to be moving closer to leaving Bordeaux.
