Defensive midfielder Bocundji Ca, aged 26, has signed a one-year contract extension with Reims. The Guinea-Bissau international, who is teammates with Togolese goalkeeper Agassa Kossi, is now committed to the Champagne team until June 2015.
In the 2012-2013 season, Bocundji Ca played 31 Ligue 1 matches, starting in 21 of them. He joined Stade de Reims in July 2011, coming from AS Nancy-Lorraine where he played from 2009 to 2011, with a season-long loan to Tours FC during that period. The contract extension reflects the club’s confidence in his contributions to the team.
