FIFA has released the list of candidates for the Adidas Golden Ball for the Confederations Cup. The nominees include Brazilians Neymar and Paulinho, Italians Pirlo, Spaniards Iniesta and Ramos, and Uruguayan Suarez. The final winner will be determined after the conclusion of the competition, allowing Brazilian and Spanish players one more opportunity to impress the jury in the final match. Thierry Henry and Robert Pirès are the only French players to have received this award since its establishment in 1992.
