Tottenham Hotpsur star Mohammed Kudus will not be available for the Black Stars ahead of their games Japan and South Korea, Africasoccer.com can reveal.

The West African football heavyweights are set to face Japan on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Toyota Stadium in Aichi, before taking on South Korea on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, as part of preparations ahead of the team’s fifth FIFA World Cup appearance in Canada, Mexico, and the United States in 2026.

Sources close to the Premier League outfit indicates that the former West Ham United star will travel to join the Black Stars for upcoming games due to injury.

The former Ajax star has missed Tottenham last two games due to the setback. He was not in action when the Premier League side thumped FC Copenhagen 4-0 in the Champions League, before missing the weekend fixture against Manchester United.

Meanwhile, Ghana coach Otto Addo is expected to hand call up to new players as he prepare the team for the World Cup to be staged in the USA, Canada and Mexico.

The matches against Japan and South Korea will serve as key assessment fixtures for Otto Addo’s side as he continues to refine his tactics and evaluate player options ahead of a busy international calendar next year.
