He added: “What happened was a minor knee injury, and in coordination with the coach and the management, I went to Egypt for treatment, given the presence of my personal doctor.”
Samir continued: “All the speculations about my escape from Ahly due to mistreatment and poor living conditions are untrue.
I am committed to my contract with the club, and it is an honor for me to represent the People’s Club.
Therefore, I extend my sincere thanks to everyone there.”
