Tonight in Germany, a star-studded lineup will grace the Leipzig pitch for the testimonial match honoring former international Michael Ballack. Among the distinguished guests are former German teammates, and notably, Ivorian football icon Didier Drogba. The Elephants’ captain traveled alongside his friend and former Guingamp and Chelsea teammate, Florent Malouda, to participate in the event. Ballack, who had successful stints with Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich, retired from professional football in October 2012.
