Michael Essien has received new shoes from his equipment manufacturer for his charity gala “Game of Hope and Inspiration” scheduled for June 8 in Accra. The fluorescent green and white shoes are expected to be worn during the second edition of the charity event, which is set to feature several football stars such as Emmanuel Adebayor, Joe Cole, Frank Lampard, Ricardo Carvalho, Marcelo from Real Madrid, and more. Essien shared a photo of the new shoes on his Instagram account.
