The Belgian international defender, who serves as the captain of Manchester City, expressed his love for playing with the team and stated that he has no intention of moving. Kompany clarified the situation on his Twitter account, saying, “A lot of speculation and questions about next season. I’m not going anywhere. I love playing for City, and I still have things to do.” He is under contract with Manchester City until 2018.
