The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the new composition of its permanent commissions and jurisdictional bodies. Issa Hayatou, from Cameroon, continues to chair several committees, including the CAF Executive Committee, the Emergency Committee, the Organizing Commission for the African Cup of Nations, the Organizing Commission for Inter-Club Competitions, and the Advisory Commission/National Associations. The presidency of the Media Commission is assigned to Beninese Anjorin Moucharafou, while Algerian Mohammed Raouraoua takes charge of Legal Affairs. Raouraoua played a significant role in Hayatou’s re-election by proposing the text allowing a new mandate for the Cameroonian.
