Mahmoud Khatib embraced by Al Ahly members as election call grows

Mahmoud Khatib, President of Al Ahly SC, was greeted with warmth and banners urging him to continue his leadership when he arrived for the club’s General Assembly meeting on Friday.

Khatib personally cast his vote on amendments to the club’s internal regulations, a step linked to the new draft sports law. These changes will pave the way for the Board of Directors to announce elections once they are fully approved by the General Assembly.
