Belgian coach Yannick Ferreira made critical calls as he shaped Zamalek’s lineup for their Egyptian Premier League clash with Al Masry at the Borg El Arab Stadium.

The White Knights enter the sixth round tonight determined to bounce back after recent setbacks, and Ferreira’s selections reflected both discipline and trust in his squad.

Ferreira turned to young defender Mohamed Ismail to cover for Mahmoud Hamdy El-Wensh, who is suspended after his red card against Wadi Degla. The coach also placed his faith in Palestinian Adam Kayed, handing him a starting role in attack. Kayed comes in for Angolan winger Chico Banza, who was left out after returning late from international duty.

Zamalek will line up with Mohamed Sobhi in goal, while Omar Gaber, Hossam Abdel Majeed, Mohamed Ismail and Bentayke form the back line. The midfield will feature Dunga, Nasser Maher, Abdullah Al-Saeed, Adam Kayed and Juan Alvina, supporting forward Adi Al-Dabbagh.

Al Masry coach Nabil El Kouki named Essam Tharwat in goal, with Salah Mohsen and Monzer Tamin leading his attack.
