The Organizing Committee for CAN 2013 has disclosed the five chosen cities to host the meetings: Durban, Johannesburg, Nelspruit, Port Elizabeth, and Rustenburg.
Johannesburg’s Soccer City Stadium will be the venue for both the opening match and the final of the 29th CAN.
In the group stage, matches for Group A are scheduled for Johannesburg and Durban, while Group B matches will unfold at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth. Rustenburg and Nelspruit (Mbombela) will serve as hosts for Group C and D matches.
The complete lineup for this South African edition will be revealed this weekend, following the conclusion of the return leg of the third and final elimination round. The draw to determine the distribution of the sixteen teams qualified for the final phase in South Africa is set for October 24 in Durban.
