The Normalization Committee of Fecafoot (Cameroon Football Federation) announced on Wednesday the official list of candidates eligible for the presidential election scheduled for September 28. Out of six initial applicants, only two candidates will actually compete:
* Tombi A Roko Sidiki
* Atah Robert Bahazah
Notably, Joseph Antoine Bell was excluded due to irregularities in his application, and several other candidates were disqualified because of incomplete or flawed submissions. Additionally, Jules Frédéric Nyongha withdrew his candidacy, citing procedural flaws.
Since 2012, Fecafoot has been overseen by the Normalization Committee, and this election next weekend may finally bring a new president to the federation.
