Abdelmoumen Djabou Set for Return to Entente Sétif
Algerian international Abdelmoumen Djabou is on the verge of rejoining his former club Entente Sétif, signaling a homecoming for the striker.
Djabou, currently with Tunisian side Club Africain, has confirmed his intention to return to the Black Eagles of Sétif following the expiration of his contract this summer. Speaking to the Algerian Press Service (APS), the forward expressed enthusiasm for the move, highlighting both the sporting challenge and a desire to be closer to his family.
“I will sign with ESS in the coming days because it is a sporting challenge that interests me,” Djabou said.
Entente Sétif’s president, Hassan Hammar, recently confirmed that an agreement has been reached with the striker, who is currently recovering from a cruciate ligament injury. Djabou is expected to resume training with the club in September as he works toward full fitness.
The 29-year-old’s return is seen as a significant boost for Entente Sétif ahead of the new season.
