Ghazl El Mahalla have laid down a clear marker for the new campaign by announcing the arrival of eight new players ahead of the upcoming season.
The club is determined to bounce back stronger and make an impact with a fresh squad and new ideas.
The management confirmed the appointment of coach Alaa Abdel Aal, who steps in following the departure of Mohamed Awda, who had taken charge at the tail end of last season.
Among the key signings is experienced El Gouna defender Ahmed Shousha. He joins alongside Ahmed Othman from El Mahalla Municipality and Ahmed El Ash from Al-Bank Al-Ahly.
Midfield steel has been added with Youssef El-Azab from Al Mokawloon Al Arab. Full-back depth comes in the form of Mohamed Armousha of Al Merreikh SC and Mostafa Oufa of Al Obour SC.
Ghazl El Mahalla also looked abroad, sealing deals for Cameroonian striker Che Bondi from Astros de Yaoundé and Tanzanian left back Rahim Shomari from KMC.
Meanwhile, the club agreed to transfer Mohamed Armosha and Amr El Gazzar to National Bank.
