Ousmane Dembele has found the perfect home in Paris.
The French forward is enjoying his most prolific form yet, now having scored more goals for Paris Saint-Germain than for any of his previous clubs.
In just 94 appearances for PSG, Dembele has netted 41 goals, surpassing the 40 he managed across 185 matches for Barcelona. This surge in form was on full display during the Club World Cup semi-final clash against Real Madrid.
With PSG already leading, Dembele delivered again. He latched onto a loose ball after a rare mistake from Antonio Rudiger and made no mistake. With calm precision, he slotted the ball past the goalkeeper, punishing Madrid’s shaky back line and doubling the lead for the Parisians.
The goal was Dembele’s 35th of the season, underlining his growing influence at PSG. Once known more for his flair and assists, the forward has now added consistent goalscoring to his arsenal, an evolution that has turned him into one of the most feared attackers in world football.
