Dany Nounkeu’s Season Ends Early at Evian TG
It’s the end of the road for Dany Nounkeu at Evian Thonon Gaillard. The Cameroonian international, on loan from Galatasaray, will miss the final two Ligue 1 matches of the season.
Already suspended for the crucial Matchday 37 clash against Saint-Étienne, Nounkeu is also sidelined with a thigh injury. Though he may recover in time for Matchday 38 against Caen, he will not be fielded again, meaning his time in the Evian jersey is over.
The Indomitable Lion will return to Turkey at the conclusion of his loan spell, having been one of Evian’s key defensive figures during their difficult season.
