Olympique de Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda could be set for a move to Serie A, with Inter Milan reportedly showing strong interest in the French international of Congolese descent.
Mandanda, 30, has just one year remaining on his contract with Marseille, which runs until June 2016. With uncertainty surrounding his future at the club, a transfer this summer appears increasingly possible.
According to Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri, discussions between Mandanda’s representatives and Inter Milan have already begun, and the player is said to be keen on the potential switch to Italy.
