During the 15th round of Egypt’s Second Division Professional League, Asyut Petroleum secured a victory against Misr Makkasa with a scoreline of 3-2.
Egypt’s Misr Makkasa initially took the lead with a goal from Ahmed Rafat, only to be equalized by Mahmoud Awkal for Asyut Petroleum.
In the second half, Misr Makkasa managed to score their second goal, but Abu Bakr Fawzi equalized once again for Asyut Petroleum, and Mahmoud Samaka secured the winning goal.
Meanwhile, Tanta claimed victory against Aswan with a final score of 3-2.
Tanta dominated the first half with goals from Mohamed Atef and Ahmed Ali at the 15th and 42nd minutes, respectively.
Aswan’s Musa Sessay scored in the second half, but Saher Abdel-Moneim secured Tanta’s third goal in the 28th minute of the second half.
In other matches, Maghagha and Wadi Degla ended in a goalless draw, while Laveena shared a goalless draw with Abu Qir for Fertilizers.
On the home ground, Republic of Shibin suffered a defeat at the hands of Petrojet, with Ismail Bamba netting the winning goal in the 80th minute.
The round concluded with Ghazl El-Mahalla facing off against Misr El-Makasa.
