Montpellier: Souleymane Camara Extends Contract Until 2017
Souleymane Camara has committed his future to Montpellier HSC by signing a two-year contract extension, keeping him at the club until June 2017.
The 32-year-old Senegalese forward, who joined Montpellier in 2007, has become a key figure at the club over the years, making 291 appearances and contributing significantly to their success, including their historic 2011–2012 Ligue 1 title win.
So far this season, Camara has scored three goals in Ligue 1, continuing to offer experience and depth in the attacking line. Previously, he played for Monaco, Guingamp, and Nice before settling in at Montpellier.
President Louis Nicollin has once again shown his trust in Camara’s reliability and professionalism, rewarding the veteran striker with a contract that could see him complete a full decade at the club.
