Zamalek Club raises active membership fee to half a million Egyptian Pounds

750

An authoritative source within the Zamalek Club’s Board of Directors, led by Hassan Labib, has disclosed that the board has reached a decision to increase the monetary value of active memberships within the club.

The source, who declined to disclose their identity, stated that the new memberships, to be officially adopted by the Board, will commence with a value of 500,000 Egyptian Pounds, starting from March of the upcoming year.

Emphasizing the board’s intent, the source stressed that there is a desire to elevate the financial worth of these new memberships in a manner commensurate with the value and prestige of Zamalek Club.

The current value does not exceed 250,000 Egyptian Pounds, a figure that has seen a considerable increase from its recent standing at 60,000 Pounds, but has failed to proportionally reflect the club’s standing over the past years.

It is noteworthy that the current membership fees begin at 200,000 Egyptian Pounds for those with higher qualifications, 225,000 Pounds for those with an average qualification, and 250,000 Pounds for those without a specific qualification.

This strategic move by the Zamalek Club’s administration reflects a proactive approach to enhance the club’s financial stability, aligning its membership fee structure with contemporary standards.
