Roger Milla, the former Cameroonian international, stated in an interview with camefoot.com that while he is not actively seeking the position of president of the Cameroonian Football Federation, he would be willing to consider it if asked by the Head of State. Milla expressed a desire to address and rectify issues within the federation before any new leadership takes over. The current president, Iya Mohammed, is under suspension for seven years due to mismanagement issues at the Cameroonian Cotton Company (Sodecoton).
