The newly elected office of the Togolese Volleyball Federation is set to debut on Saturday for the opening of the season. The event includes an “Open” tournament alongside the commencement of the Lomé Commune et Gulf championship for the 2012-2013 sports season. The competition will take place at the Stade Omnisports de Lomé, the designated venue for senior Men’s and Women’s categories.
The schedule for the event is as follows:
- 2:00 p.m.: Setting up the Teams
- 2:15 p.m.: Arrival and installation of guests
- 2:20 p.m.: Arrival of the President of the CNOT
- 2:25 p.m.: Arrival of the Minister of Sports and Leisure
- 2:30 p.m.: Ladies Match: Lomé Marina Selection vs. Lomé Golfe Selection
- 3:30 p.m.: Speech by the President of the FTVB
- 3:45 p.m.: Opening speech of the 2012-2013 season by the Minister of Sports and Leisure
- 4:00 p.m.: Men’s Match: Marina Selection vs. Gulf Selection
