M’Baye Niang Determined to Succeed at AC Milan Despite Limited Playing Time
M’Baye Niang, the 19-year-old French striker, is currently facing a challenging phase in his career. Since returning from a loan spell at Montpellier, Niang has only featured for 12 minutes with AC Milan this season, sparking speculation about a possible departure.
Despite the lack of playing time, Niang remains optimistic and dismisses the idea of another loan move for now. Speaking to L’Équipe, he stated:
“I met with the management at least two weeks ago and we haven’t discussed it at all. They want me to succeed here. They’re happy with me, I’m training well, I don’t have any non-sporting issues. They tell me I’m young and that I have to seize my chance when it comes. I’m hanging in there and biding my time. We’ll see, in football you never know.”
His agent also confirmed that AC Milan is still counting on him, emphasizing the club’s belief in his potential.
While his Serie A minutes remain scarce, Niang is showing patience and perseverance, determined to prove himself at the Rossoneri.
