French Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco are seeking not less than €15m for the transfer of Ghana international Mohammed Salisu this summer.
The Black Stars defender has grown frustrated at Monaco, having made just 24 appearances across competitions for the French club in the just ended campaign.
Salisu is currently considering a move away from Monaco, with Galatasaray expressing keen interest in the Ghanaian centre-back.
The Turkish giants are keen on bolstering their squad for the new campaign, and Salisu, who endured limited playing time has emerged as a priority target.
However, Monaco have reportedly placed a €15m valuation on the Ghanaian international amid growing interest from several clubs in Saudi Arabia and Premier League, with Galatasaray no exception.
The former Southampton centre-back endured a difficult spell in his spell at Monaco due to multiple injuries. He became prominent at the start of last season, however, at the end of the campaign, he had been pigeon-holed as a backup option.
The arrival of Eric Dier at Monaco threatens Salisu fate at the French Ligue 1 outfit, prompting his decision to look elsewhere.
Since joining Monaco in 2023, the Black Stars defender has racked up 37 appearances, scoring three goals and an assist across the period. His current contract with the French giants is expected to expire in the summer of 2028.
