Hassan Yebda Poised to Join Al Fujairah in the UAE
Algerian international Hassan Yebda is on the verge of signing with Emirati club Al Fujairah, according to lebuteur.com, which cites the UAE newspaper Al Bayan. The midfielder’s agent reportedly confirmed that Yebda is very close to finalizing the deal.
The 29-year-old, who previously played for Napoli and returned to Italy last January after a loan spell at Udinese, may soon join his compatriot and national team captain Madjid Bougherra at Al Fujairah. The Algerian midfielder, developed at Auxerre, also maintains connections in Qatar but appears set to continue his career in the Emirates.
