Samuel Eto’o’s impressive performance in the 2014 World Cup qualifiers against Togo earned him gratitude from all of Cameroon. Eto’o scored twice in the match, first opening the scoring from the penalty spot, but Togo managed to equalize before half-time. In the second half, Eto’o showcased his skill with a powerful shot from outside the penalty area, finding the back of the net and securing a 2-1 victory for Cameroon.
