Espérance Sportive Tunis has imposed a fine of 37,000 dinars (approximately 18,021.7 euros or 11,840,600 CFA francs) on its Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Clottey for not returning to the club on time after the CAN 2013. Clottey is not included in the list of players called up by Kwesi Appiah for the 3rd day of the World Cup qualifiers, Brazil 2014, where the Black Stars face Sudan in Kumasi.
