Kelani Bayor Azaad, president of the Togolese Boxing Federation, expressed disappointment during a press conference about unfulfilled promises made by the International Boxing Association (AIBA). He mentioned that the Chinese had promised financial support of $5,000 per year, but to date, he hasn’t received any funds or equipment, such as boxing gloves, despite being a member of the executive office.
