FIFA Unveils Jersey Colors for 2014 World Cup Group Matches
FIFA has revealed the jersey colors that the 32 qualifiers will wear in the first round of the 2014 World Cup. Algeria, known for its traditional white kit with green trim, will sport this iconic look for their three group stage matches.
The Fennecs will begin their campaign against Belgium on June 17 in Belo Horizonte, before facing South Korea on June 22 in Porto Alegre, and concluding their group stage against Russia on June 26 in Curitiba.
For these matches, the Algerian national team’s opponents in Group H will wear the following kits: Belgium will don their red jerseys and red shorts, South Korea will play in red jerseys with blue shorts, and Russia will take the field in garnet jerseys and garnet shorts.
