Building on their narrow 3-2 triumph in the first leg, Patro Eisden entered the return fixture needing to hold their ground against a determined Beveren side. Kiankaulua, who had already scored in the first leg, once again proved instrumental.
The forward opened the scoring in the 37th minute, delivering a critical away goal that shifted the momentum firmly in his team’s favour.
