The Ghana U15 Girls team secured a 3-2 win over South Africa’s U15 Girls team to reach the final of the 2025 CAF African Schools Football Championship on Friday, April 25.
The hosts locked horns with the defending champions today to fight for a chance to book a ticket to the final.
The match played at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium saw both teams treat fans to some exciting football.
Despite the impressive efforts of the South Africans, the Ghana team emerged as the better side in terms of possession and the goals scored.
With a deserved 3-2 win at the end of the game of two halves [20 minutes per half], Ghana has progressed to the final for a chance to clinch the title on home soil.
