The preparation course for the DR Congo Leopards under 20, which was initially planned in Morocco, has been canceled. The young Congolese players were unable to obtain visas for the trip. Instead, the team will continue its preparation in Kinshasa and may head to Algeria on March 13 for the African Cup of Nations, which is scheduled to take place from March 16 to 30. The DR Congo under 20 team is set to face Gabon, Mali, and Nigeria in the competition. This marks the country’s first participation in a CAN in this age category.
