French international Aly Cissokho, of Senegalese origin, is reportedly attracting interest from Liverpool ahead of the upcoming transfer window, according to the Daily Mirror. Cissokho, who plays for Valencia, has expressed his desire to play in the English Premier League, and Liverpool is now associated with his name in transfer rumors. Despite joining Valencia for €6 million last summer, Cissokho has not become a key figure in their squad, making 15 appearances in La Liga with two goals. The former Porto FC player has won the Portuguese championship and the Portuguese Cup with Porto in 2009 and achieved success with Olympique Lyonnais, winning the Coupe de France in 2012 and the Champions Trophy in 2012.
