Italian outfit Napoli will cash in on Nigeria international Victor Osimhen ahead of the summer transfer window.
Osimhen is currently on a season-long loan spell with Turkish giants Galatasaray from Napoli after failed move to Chelsea and Al Hilal last summer.
With a permanent signing proving impossible for Galatasaray, Osimhen is expected to leave the side in the summer and return to parent club Napoli.
However, reports emanating from Italy suggests Osimhen is 95 percent likely to be sold by Napoli in the summer, with Manchester United ready to trigger his €75m release clause to secure his signing.
Osimhen was pivotal when Napoli defied odds to annex the Serie A title for the first time in about 30-years in 2023. The prolific Nigeria forward scored crucial goals, winning the goal king at the end of the season.
Since joining Galatasaray, the Nigerian international has proven to be one of Europe’s best forwards, scoring 20 goals and providing 5 assists in 25 appearances across competitions.
