Mozambique national team head coach Chiquinho Conde has released his final squad list for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations final tournament beginning next month.
Conde, for the Mozambican international, has named a 23-man squad for the upcoming tournament, taking place in Cote d’Ivoire.
40-year-old attacking midfielder Elias Pelembe Domingues will lead the Mambas as captain during the tournament spanning from January 13 to February 11.
Atletico Madrid defender Reinildo Mandava, who has been out for several weeks with an injury, has made the list, having recovered just a few days ago.
The Mambas returned to the Africa Cup of Nations for the first time in a decade after finishing second in a group with Senegal, Togo, and Rwanda.

The Mambas have drawn against record winners Egypt, four-time champions Ghana, and Cape Verde in Group B of the tournament.
