Michy Batshuayi has signed a two-year contract with Eintracht Frankfurt, joining from Galatasaray.
The Belgian forward, who previously played in the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund in 2018, returns to Germany with a wealth of experience from top European clubs such as Chelsea, Valencia, Marseille, and Fenerbahçe.
Frankfurt’s sporting director, Markus Krösche, praised Batshuayi’s goal-scoring ability and extensive experience in major European leagues, including the Bundesliga.
Batshuayi, who has scored 43 goals in 97 Süper Lig matches, will bolster Frankfurt’s attack as they aim for a strong Bundesliga campaign.
On the international stage, Batshuayi has netted 27 goals in 56 appearances for Belgium.
His arrival is expected to add depth and strength to Eintracht’s forward line as they seek success in domestic and European competitions.
