Qatari outfit Al Duhail have completed the acquisition of Morocco international Hakim Ziyech in the ongoing transfer window.
The former Chelsea and Ajax winger joins the club on a permanent deal after ending his spell with Turkish giants, Galatasaray.
The enterprising winger has officially been unveiled and will wear jersey number 93.
Al Duhail beat off competition from French club Lille to secure the services of the skillful winger.
Ziyech’s wealth of experience is expected to strengthen the club as they seeks to make impact this campaign.
Before departing Galatasaray, Ziyech made 11 appearances across all competitions, including five in the Turkish league and three in the Europa League, without scoring a goal.
The 30-year-old’s decision to leave Galatasaray stemmed from ongoing disputes with the club’s management and coaching staff.
He joined Galatasaray on loan from Chelsea in the summer of 2023 before making the deal permanent in mid-2024.
