Ivorian defender, Emmanuel Agbadou, is confident he will easily adapt to the English Premier League.
The defender has sealed a transfer from French side Stade Reims to the English outfit and is ready to take his career to the next level.
Having had a conversation with Wolves manager Vitor Pereira, Emmanuel Agbadou has become aware of the high demands of the English Premier League.
He remains confident in his qualities and believes he will fit in fine.
“He [Vitor Pereira] told me the league is very fast, because if you have a few seconds that you don’t have focus on the game, you can concede one goal. In five minutes, they can put two goals [past you]. So I need to be careful, and after that, he told me he believed in me and he believed in my quality.
“But the French league is a good league and it’s similar to the Premier League, so it’s easier for me to adapt. My experience there it was good, so I think that it will be better for me,” Emmanuel Agbadou said in his first interview at Wolves.
The Ivorian has been signed with a lot of expectations.
Wolves have struggled in the English Premier League and hopes the addition of the new defender will strengthen the team’s squad for better results in upcoming matches.
