Egyptian international Mohammed Salah is keen on helping Liverpool to annex the Premier League title at the end of the season.

Salah is considered as one of the favourite for the Ballon d’Or following his outstanding performance for the Reds in the ongoing campaign.

The 32-year-old, who is in the final year of his contract has racked up 17 goals and provided 13 appearances in 18 appearances in the Premier League, making home a huge contender for the top award.

He was on target on Sunday when Liverpool walloped West Ham United 5-0 at the London stadium.

Speaking after the game, Salah affirmed he is focus on helping Liverpool to win the league and not thinking about the Ballon d’Or.

“I’m not thinking about the Ballon d’Or; I want to win the Premier League. I’ll do everything possible to help the team win the trophy. There are other teams trying to catch up with us, so we must stay humble and focused,” said Salah.

Meanwhile, the former Roma and Chelsea has yet to sign a new contract for Liverpool. His current contract expires in the summer of 2025.
