French Ligue 1 side, Stade Rennais, has set its sights on Tunisian winger Anas Haj Mohamed as part of efforts to bolster its squad for the second half of the season.
Currently in 12th place with just 17 points after 15 matches, the club is eager to turn its fortunes around by strengthening its roster.
According to sources, Stade Rennais is keen on securing the 22-year-old, who currently plays for Parma in Italy’s Serie A. The club is reportedly prepared to make a significant financial investment to bring the promising winger to France.
Anas Haj Mohamed, under contract with Parma until June 2026, has a market value of €1.8 million as listed on Transfermarkt. However, any potential transfer during the winter window is expected to cost Stade Rennais around €4 million.
The Tunisian international has made seven appearances for Parma this season, contributing one goal and one assist. His performances have caught the attention of other European clubs, adding competition for his signature.
Despite the growing interest, Parma is reportedly keen to extend Haj Mohamed’s stay by offering him a new contract.
For Stade Rennais, Haj Mohamed represents a strategic signing to inject pace and creativity into their attack as they aim to climb the Ligue 1 table.
However, with multiple suitors in the mix, the French club may need to act quickly to secure the services of the talented Tunisian.
