Algerian goalkeeper Zakaria Bouhalfaya is on the mend after several weeks of absence due to injury.
The 27-year-old CS Constantine star goalkeeper was seen back on the training ground this Wednesday, as the team gears up for their Ligue 1 clash against NC Magra on December 21. However, despite being back in action, Bouhalfaya will not be available for the upcoming match.
Focusing on his recovery, the Algerian international participated in individual physical exercises, separate from the group, with the clear aim of regaining full fitness. Zakaria Bouhalfaya’s priority is to overcome the lingering effects of his back injury and make a successful return for the team’s crucial Algerian Cup match against Olympique Akbou in early January 2025.
While Zakaria Bouhalfaya’s recovery is progressing, CS Constantine’s 23-year-old center forward Mounder Temine continues to struggle with an ankle injury. Temine will need a few more days before he can rejoin his teammates for training.
