Ivorian teenager Yoram Zague set to sign new PSG deal
French-born defender of Ivorian descent, Yoram Zague, is set to sign a contract extension with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
The 18-year-old teenager, a product of PSG’s renowned youth academy, has caught the attention of the first-team management with his impressive performances this season.
Making his first senior start earlier in the campaign, he showcased his abilities in matches against Angers and Toulouse, earning the trust of head coach Luis Enrique.
According to reports gathered from sources, PSG has recognised Zague’s potential and is set to offer him a new deal that will keep him at the club until June 2028.
This contract extension not only reflects the club’s confidence in the young right-back but also includes a salary increase, a testament to his steady progress and growing importance within the squad.
Valued at €2.5 million, Zague has made the most of his opportunities this season, demonstrating maturity and skill well beyond his years.
PSG’s decision to secure his services for the long term signals their commitment to nurturing homegrown talent while building a competitive team for the future.
