Black Galaxies players have rejoined their various clubs ahead of the resumption of the Ghana Premier League campaign.

The domestic top-flight went on two-week break due to the recently concluded 2024 general election.

However, coach Didi Dramani and his technical team seized the opportunity to intensify their preparation for the upcoming CHAN qualifiers.

Ghana will take on rivals Nigeria in a two-legged encounter as they battle for a slot at the CHAN tournament.

The team is back in Ghana after narrowing defeating Togo in a friendly in Lome as part of preparation for the qualifiers.

Ahead of the resumption of the Premier League, there has been a break in camp as players return for club duties.

The squad will reconvene on Sunday evening to intensify training ahead of their crucial CHAN first-leg qualifier against Nigeria on December 22 in Ghana. The reverse fixture is set for December 28 in Nigeria.

The Premier League resumption and CHAN qualifiers provide a busy and pivotal period for the Black Galaxies, who aim to excel both domestically and on the continental stage.
